The audience of this ad is anyone that reads the print (magazine, newspaper etc) that this is advertised on as well as people on the internet as it is also shown online. I believe the mode of this appears to be an graphic internet ad as well as a print ad. The media is magazine, social media, or websites. The audience is the population that will view these forms of media. More specifically though, it is aimed towards Starwars fans or Lego users which would most likely consist of younger kids to teenagers. The purpose of this media is to advertise the Starwars Lego collection while remaining whimsical. This uses pathos by making the viewer feel bad for Han Solo because Princess Lea is ignoring him because she is with an Ewok and he has a sad expression on his face with flowers in his hands. The purpose is for people to associate the Legos with this advertisement when they purchase them so that they see a story in their heads and have a previous connection with the Lego characters when they buy them. The style and design is simple and easy to understand so that young children can get the message, but it remains funny and allows older viewers to appreciate it as it tells a sad and almost relatable story. The overall ad is simple and cute yet caters to all potential viewers. This could be turned into a short story and already has been transformed from a movie form to this ad. This could also be turned into a commercial by adding movement and voice.
