The infograph which most appeals to me is the gemstones infograph. I was very drawn to this chart because it is informative as well as a piece of art. It is pleasing to look at and is organized by color as it moves downward so it flows nicely and still explains something to the viewer. It is organized in grid form and is very simple in layout and visually pleasing. The background is white and the font is simple and allows the focus to be on the stones. The purpose of this infograph is to differentiate between the different gemstones and give the name of each along with a visual representation that shows the viewer exactly what the rock looks like. It is print and it is an explanatory piece. The audience could be general as it is a basic graph that shows the differences between each stone and informs. The style is simple but very artistic and appealing to the eye. It uses pathos as the pictures are very visually pleasing and draws in the viewers eye it also uses ethos as it is an informative piece and it has credibility as the creator clearly knows the difference and is attempting to teach the audience.
